Invitation Only
The Founders Lodge
Not a networking group. Not a mastermind. Not a club with a waitlist and a logo. A private circle of post-exit founders who are done performing and ready to live.
Nobody Tells You This Part
You sold. The wire hit. Everyone congratulated you. Your accountant called. Your lawyer called. Three wealth managers called before lunch.
And then — nothing.
The calendar that was a warzone is suddenly empty. The team you built over a decade belongs to someone else. The friends who understood the pressure — the 2 AM product decisions, the payroll anxiety, the board politics — they're still in the trenches. You're standing on the sideline with a nine-figure bank balance and no idea what to do with your Tuesday.
Your wife says "enjoy it." Your financial advisor says "let's diversify." Your therapist says "give yourself time."
Nobody says: "Yeah, I felt that too. Here's what helped."
That's what the Lodge is for.
What Happens Here
Two rules. You already know the first one.
What happens at the Lodge stays at the Lodge. No exceptions.
Adrenaline
You didn't build a company by sitting still. Drive an Aston Martin flat-out on the Le Mans circuit. Fly-fish at a private lodge in Alaska where the nearest road is 40 miles away. Surf the reef breaks of Tahiti with a former WSL pro. Heli-ski the Bugaboos until your legs give out. These aren't bucket-list vacations. They're the experiences that remind you what it feels like to be completely, violently alive.
Health
Annual protocols with physicians who treat heads of state. Full-body diagnostics, longevity medicine, and direct lines to specialists most people wait six months to see. You spent a decade neglecting your body to build a company. This is the reset. Not a spa day. A systematic overhaul by people who understand that your health is the only asset that can't be restructured.
Mental Health
The post-exit identity crisis is real and nobody in your life understands it. Confidential access to psychologists and coaches who work exclusively with founders. Small group sessions with peers who've been through the same silence. No stigma. No platitudes. No one telling you to 'be grateful.' Just honest conversations with people who get it.
Expeditions
Private crossings to Antarctica on research vessels. A week in Bhutan with a former monk. Archaeological sites in Petra with no tourists. Patagonia by horseback. Every trip is built from scratch for the group — nothing off the shelf, nothing you could book on a website. The kind of travel that changes how you see things.
Rejuvenation
Clinique La Prairie in Switzerland. SHA Wellness in Spain. Aman's immersions in Japan. The best recovery facilities on earth, reserved for people who take restoration as seriously as performance. You ran hard. Now recover hard.
Purpose
The hardest question after the exit isn't financial. It's existential. What do you do with the next 30 years? Some founders find their next company. Some find philanthropy. Some find that the answer is learning to be still. The Lodge doesn't prescribe. It gives you the space, the relationships, and the time to figure it out without anyone rushing you.
You optimized every system in your company.
When was the last time you optimized yourself?
How you get in
You don't apply.
You're Invited
The Lodge is for PRIME clients who've completed a significant exit. There's no application form. No annual fee. No website with a 'Join' button. If you're the right fit, your PRIME team introduces the Lodge when the timing is right — usually 3-6 months post-close, when the adrenaline fades and the real questions start.
You Meet the Others
Small gatherings. Eight to twelve founders. A private dinner in a wine cellar in Burgundy. A weekend at a ranch in Montana. A fishing trip in Alaska. The format changes. The principle doesn't: real conversations with people who've been through the same fire. No pitching. No networking. No business cards.
You Figure Out What's Next
On your terms. On your timeline. With people who don't need anything from you and aren't trying to sell you anything. That's rarer than you think.
You built something extraordinary.
Now live like it.
